What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Finisher position at Anchor Mechanical LLC?
We are seeking an experienced and dependable concrete foremen/finisher to lead our concrete crew. The ideal candidate will be a hands on leader with a knowledge of concrete construction, quality awareness, and safety minded.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating daily activities of the concrete crew
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Prepare jobsites for concrete placement, including forming, grading, and dirt work
- Pour/Finish Concrete
- Monitor Curing Process
- Train, Mentor, and Evaluate Crew Members
- Maintain Equipment and ensure tools are in good working condition
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $34.00 per hour
