Job Summary:
Clearance Required: SECRET or higher
Job Summary: The Training Experts for small Unmanned Surface Vessel (sUSV) Fleet Integration will coordinate and support training plans to include maintenance, basic, advanced, integrated, and sustainment phases for USVRON.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct from the podium as well as conduct practical lab exercises on a range of topics related to sUSV.
- Propose solutions for crawl-walk-run approach to sUSV and payload operations for Sailors at USVRON.
- Analyze training requirements and data.
- Assist in the development of doctrine to include training curriculum and qualification standards to support Basic Phase through Certification.
- Limited travel may be required
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10 years of experience in military.
- 5 years of experience in training, maritime, and tactical operations.
- Expertise in fleet sustainment, operational training, and logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Navy procedures, contracting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving mission success.
- Active SECRET or higher security clearance required.
- Naval Instructor Training Course or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Marine, USCG, or US Navy coxswain qualifications.
- Knowledge of emerging maritime autonomous technologies.
- 50-Ton USCG Captain’s License.
- Master Training Specialist.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Base Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
