We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Attendant to join our hotel team in Hyannis, MA. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout each guest's stay.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and courteous attitude

• Manage hotel guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner

• Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, hotel amenities, and local area information

• Address guest requests, concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally

• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction

• Monitor reservations and room availability using hotel management software

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area

• Complete daily reports, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel management systems

• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a busy hospitality environment

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed

Preferred

• Previous hotel, hospitality, guest services, front desk, receptionist, tourism, or customer service experience

• Experience with hotel reservation or property management systems

• Knowledge of the Hyannis and Cape Cod area
