Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist based in Beverly, MA. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining network systems, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing IT assistance to internal teams and customers. This position also involves management of ticketing system, website management, marketing, updating of website and database in a regular basis and social media content management. The role involves hands-on involvement in IT setup, monitoring system performance, and offering excellent customer service to address technical concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Network Administration and Information Technology
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting IT and network-related issues
- Ability to develop and implement robust Network Security protocols
- Experience with Customer Service, including providing technical support and communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network , CCNA, or equivalent are a plus
- Familiarity with healthcare-related IT systems is beneficial
