What You’ll Do
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless patient care by efficiently managing home health aide schedules. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and scheduling home health aides to match patient needs while ensuring compliance with service agreements.
- Monitoring visits through HHA exchange software, verifying Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), and addressing any discrepancies.
- Managing case coverage and making real-time adjustments to schedules as needed.
- Providing excellent customer support to patients, caregivers, and insurance partners, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records in the system to track patient visits, care plans, and scheduling adjustments.
- Collaborating with the team to address last-minute staffing changes and ensure continuity of care.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual who excels in communication and problem-solving. The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Homecare Scheduling Coordinator or in a related scheduling role.
- Proficiency in HHA exchange software and other scheduling tools.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively and think on your feet to solve scheduling challenges.
- Must be Bilingual- SPANISH Fluently

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday 9-5pm
- Occasional overtime as needed
