Job Overview
Anchor is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee clinical operations and client care compliance for our Georgia home care agency. This hybrid role combines periodic in-office responsibilities with home-based supervisory visits, offering flexibility while ensuring the highest standard of client care and regulatory compliance.
Required Licensure
Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Georgia, satisfied by EITHER of the following:
- A Georgia RN license issued by the Georgia Board of Nursing; OR
- A multistate (eNLC compact) RN license from the nurse's home compact state, provided Georgia is not their primary state of residence. Georgia is a Nurse Licensure Compact state, so a compact multistate license authorizes practice here.
Nurses whose home state is NOT a member of the compact must obtain a Georgia RN license by endorsement before serving clients.
The license must be current, active, and free of restrictions or encumbrances, and will be verified by primary source (Georgia Board of Nursing / Nursys) before engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and sign off on agency paperwork and client assessments, as required by the Department.
- Conduct or sign client assessments and develop and review individualized client service plans.
- Supervise the provision of personal care services, including required RN/LPN supervision of care for clients determined to be medically frail.
- Conduct periodic in-home supervisory visits and document findings.
- Direct the agency's 40-hour Personal Care Assistant training program and assess staff competency, if the agency trains aides in-house.
- Support compliance with Georgia's Private Home Care Provider rules (Chapter 111-8-65).
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum RN experience: 1–2 years.
- Experience in home care, home health, geriatrics, hospice, or community/public health strongly preferred.
- Supervisory or management experience preferred — especially important if this RN will also serve as the Administrator.
- Familiarity with Georgia private home care regulations, service planning, and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) a plus.
- Strong assessment, care-planning, documentation, and communication skills.

Pay: $34.00 – $41.43 per hour
