Anchor is a growing home care startup seeking an experienced Agency Administrator to help launch our Oregon operations.
This position is required as part of our Oregon home care licensing process and offers an excellent opportunity to join our leadership team from the very beginning.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Oregon RN License (or Compact RN License with Maryland practice privileges)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in home care, private duty, home health, or another healthcare setting
- At least 1 year of supervisory, administrative, or management experience in a home care or home health agency
- Willing to complete a Maryland criminal background check (fingerprinting) and meet all Medicare/Medicaid eligibility requirements
- Must live within 45–60 minutes of our office at 1050 SW 6TH AVE STE 1100 PORTLAND OR 97204 USA, to respond to state surveys and unannounced inspections if needed
