Field Marketer

Anchor Health Homecare Services is seeking motivated individuals to support our growing operations in Saginaw, Michigan.

This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships, and driving referrals in the healthcare space.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain referral relationships
• Conduct in-person outreach to hospitals, clinics, community partners, and referral sources
• Promote Anchor Health’s homecare services to generate Start of Care (SOC) referrals
• Track outreach efforts and report activity and results
• Work independently to grow territory with minimal provided leads

Compensation & Benefits:

• $50,000-60,000 annually
• Commission paid per Start of Care
• Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding homecare organization

Requirements:

• Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working independently with limited leads provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• English required - Bilingual preferred
• Previous healthcare or field marketing experience preferred but not required

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
