Field Intake Representative (Spanish/English)

Position Overview:
Anchor Health Home Care is seeking a warm and personable Field Intake Representative comfortable working directly within shelters. This role is for someone withstrong persuasion skills and natural ability to network. You will actively engage shelter residents, build quick rapport, confidently pitch Anchor Health’s home care services, and convince eligible individuals to enroll.

This is a full-time, field-based position ideal for someone who is outgoing, resilient, adaptable, and motivated by commission, impact, and results.

This is a role where you will have the ability to earn monthly commission as well as career advancement opportunity .

Key Responsibilities

• Work on-site in shelters providing caregiving support as needed
• Build trusting, respectful relationships with shelter residents
• Clearly explain Anchor Health Home Care services in a compassionate and approachable manner
• Assist eligible individuals with enrolling in home care services
• Serve as a positive and professional representative of Anchor Health
• Meet enrollment goals and contribute to community growth efforts

Compensation

• Competitive base pay- $23-$25/hr
• Commission for each member successfully enrolled

Requirements

• Highly adaptable and flexible
• Willing and comfortable working inside shelters
• Comfortable working in all types of environments and neighborhoods (including conditions such as roaches, mice, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to carry meaningful conversations
• Warm, empathetic, and approachable demeanor
• Willing to work in the field full time

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking (bilingual a strong plus)
• Access to a car (not required)
