Brand Ambassador - Homecare Field Sales

Anchor Health Home Care is hiring a motivated Brand Ambassador for a field-based sales role supporting our growing operations in Michigan.

This role is focused on building relationships in the community and generating new patient referrals for our home care services. You will spend your time in the field connecting with hospitals, clinics, community organizations, and other potential referral partners throughout the area.

We are looking for someone who is confident approaching new people, comfortable building relationships from the ground up, and motivated by results. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys being out in the community rather than sitting behind a desk and who can take ownership of growing a territory.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, community organizations, and other referral sources
• Conduct in-person outreach throughout the Saginaw area
• Introduce referral partners to Anchor Health Home Care and explain our home care services
• Generate new patient referrals and Start of Care opportunities
• Identify and develop new referral relationships within the territory
• Follow up consistently with referral partners to strengthen relationships and generate ongoing opportunities
• Track outreach activity, referrals, and results
• Provide regular updates on field activity and progress
• Work independently to grow the territory with limited provided leads
• Represent Anchor Health Home Care professionally in the community

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of healthcare field marketing or sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable approaching new referral sources and starting conversations
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working toward referral and growth targets
• Organized and consistent with follow-up
• Comfortable spending the majority of the workday in the field
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle for work-related travel
• English required
• Spanish or Arabic is a plus

Compensation

• $24 to $28 per hour
• Commission paid for each successful Start of Care
• Opportunity to grow with an expanding home care organization
