Machine Operator

Position Purpose:

This position requires you to use simple hand tools in an assembly capacity.

Essential Functions:

• Use hand tools such as hammer, torque wrench, drill, plier
• Single hand hammer operation in some assembly steps
• Ability to read work instructions
• Understand basic assembly principles
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Has mechanical aptitude
• Has a keen eye for details
• Requires good communication skills and self-discipline

Education and Training:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Minimum Qualifications:

• No experience necessary-will train the right candidate
• Must be 18 years of age

Physical Demands:

• Continually required to stand
• Occasionally required to walk
• Frequently required to utilize wrist, hand and finger dexterity
• Must occasionally lift and /or move more than 25 pounds / frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds / continually lift and/or move up to 5pounds

Environmental Conditions:

• Warehouse setting

Pay & Benefits

Rate: In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the hourly payrate for this position is $16.44 - $20.53 USD. This payrate is provided to ensure transparency and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
