We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our expanding mobile wound care practice serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment, values exceptional patient care, and enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients.


Our providers deliver high-quality wound care directly to patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare settings throughout the DFW metroplex.

Schedule


  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • No weekends
  • No on-call responsibilities


Office Locations

  • Irving, TX
  • Plano, TX


A company vehicle is provided for all mobile patient visits.


Responsibilities


  • Provide comprehensive wound assessments and treatment plans for patients in various care settings.
  • Perform wound debridement and other advanced wound care procedures as appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, facility staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Accurately document patient encounters and maintain timely medical records.
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff on wound prevention and treatment.
  • Independently manage daily patient schedules and clinical decision-making while maintaining excellent communication with the clinical team.

Qualifications


  • Current Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the State of Texas.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Wound Care
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
  • Emergency Department (ER)
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with confidence.
  • Passionate about providing outstanding patient-centered care.
  • Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
