SAGE

Anchor Evolution Sanctuary
Fort Lauderdale, FL Contractor
POSTED ON 6/10/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 7/9/2026

The honest version of what you went through, without the resolution neatly attached

Anchor Evolution Sanctuary — South Florida's experiential interdependence development program — works with teams and high-potential employees through a turmoil model: multi-day outdoor retreats (3 to 4 days) in South Florida's natural environments, bimonthly Pulse meetings where the cohort reconvenes to work through what they are actually navigating, and individual Calibration sessions that connect personal growth to organizational transformation.

The program develops the individual and the organization simultaneously — because neither can evolve without the other. We are building a bench of Practitioner Sages.

Before you read further: this is not a speaking engagement. There is no stage and no keynote. The commitment is a full program year — present across the retreat days and every Pulse meeting the cohort holds throughout the twelve months that follow. That is a genuine commitment.

What the role involves: You join the cohort from the first morning of the outdoor retreat and remain present through the year. You are in the field during the challenge days — in the natural environments that define this place — alongside a group of 8 to 15 professionals who are going through something real. You are in the room when the dynamics that stay invisible in an office become visible under pressure. You participate in the bimonthly Pulse meetings that follow, where the cohort works through what they are carrying between sessions. And you hold the continual relationship — the one that carries context from the first day to the last, and holds the cohort accountable to what it said it was becoming.

You are the Catalyst’s helpmate, who designs and runs the program architecture — the challenges, the sequencing, the field methodology. Your role is to bring the weight of lived experience into a sustained relationship with the cohort. Present enough, and consistent enough, that what you offer accumulates across twelve months rather than landing once and fading.

We are looking for people with a story that is genuinely relevant to the work of growing — individually and together.

That may mean you have navigated a significant organizational transition: a post-acquisition integration, a restructuring, a relocation, a moment when a group of capable individuals had to become something they had never been before, with you accountable for the outcome.

Or you may be someone whose roots are in this land — in the ecosystems, the communities, the history of South Florida — and who carries a way of understanding interdependence, resilience, and the relationship between people and place that no business school has ever taught.

Or you may have navigated a personal crisis — loss, reinvention, a moment of complete uncertainty — that left you with a clarity about what people actually need from each other that most organizational frameworks miss entirely.

Or You may have spent your life in a discipline — on the water, in the field, in service, in a community — that has given you an understanding of what it means to depend on something larger than yourself.

What all of these have in common: the experience was real, the stakes were genuine, and you carry something from it that a cohort of professionals going through a transition cannot learn from a case study.

What we ask of all candidates, regardless of background You can describe your experience with honesty rather than resolution. Not the version that ends neatly. The version that was genuinely uncertain, that cost something, and that changed how you understand what people need from each other under pressure. You carry a credibility that a cohort of 8 to 15 professionals will recognize — not necessarily a corporate title, but a story that earns the right to be in the room.

You have the presence to stay with a group across a year — through the intensity of the retreat and the quieter work of the Pulse meetings — without performing and without diminishing.

Your motivation is the work, not the platform. You are at the stage of your life where contributing to the growth of others matters more than building your own.

What the role offers a place on a curated bench of three to five practitioners, with formal co-credit on Anchor Evolution Sanctuary's interdependence development methodology. A structured annual commitment — retreat days plus bimonthly Pulse sessions — that is significant without being consuming. A relationship with a cohort that is long enough to be meaningful. And the knowledge that what you bring to the room is the thing that the program cannot be built without. The bench is small by design. If you are selected, your presence is not one of many options. It is the Sage for that cohort, for that year.

If this is the right moment for you, we would like to talk.
