Structural Engineer in Training (EIT) / Structural Design Engineer

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Structural Engineer in Training (EIT) / Structural Design Engineer to join our team. This position is ideal for early-career engineers who want to gain hands-on experience, develop their technical skills, and grow toward licensure in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Engineers and Project Managers in preparing structural designs, calculations, plans, and specifications.
• Assist in developing design alternatives and evaluating constructability and cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure compliance with applicable building codes, project requirements, and office standards.
• Create and coordinate construction documents using Autodesk Revit.
• Provide technical input and support to project teams.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• EIT certification (or ability to obtain in the near term).
• 2–4 years of structural engineering experience (internships may count toward this requirement).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (required).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally toward licensure.

Compensation 

• Salary range: $65,000–$85,000 (depending on experience).
