Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while making a meaningful impact on our customers’ experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Work with our customers via phone and email to receive orders and enter them into our system.
  • Updating data entry records accurately and relay that information back to our customers
  • Working with warehouse personnel to insure orders are pulled correctly and timely.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions to ensure quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual is a plus.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
  • Excellent phone etiquette combined with active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Typing speed and accuracy are important for efficient data entry and documentation tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
