Responsibilities
- Work with our customers via phone and email to receive orders and enter them into our system.
- Updating data entry records accurately and relay that information back to our customers
- Working with warehouse personnel to insure orders are pulled correctly and timely.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions to ensure quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
- Ability to work well with others
- Typing speed and accuracy are important for efficient data entry and documentation tasks.
