Consequently, we are looking for an individual who would like to join our team in Ithaca, Michigan as a Welder who takes pride in their work, is results-driven and has a team-first attitude. Must be willing to work any shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Complete welding process by welding/tacking plate and structural steel

· Straighten fabrications (press/heat)

· Learn and perform basic fitting tasks

· Operate material handling equipment (lift truck or overhead crane)

· Maintaining clean work area and helping in other areas as needed

Qualifications:
· Must have prior MIG welding experience

· Excellent blueprint reading skills required

· CWB tickets and weld symbol knowledge are an asset

· Overhead crane and rigging experience required

· Possess technical knowledge of welding procedures/materials/equipment

· Must be detail oriented and safety conscious

· Saw and hand torch experience required

· Knowledge of manufacturing processes required
