Responsibilities
- Originate and evaluate commercial loan applications, assessing borrower creditworthiness and financial health
- Facilitate the loan process from application through approval, ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory standards
- Review and analyze financial statements, contracts, and other relevant documents to determine loan viability
- Prepare detailed loan proposals and present recommendations to management for approval
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the loan lifecycle, providing exceptional customer service
- Ensure adherence to all banking policies, procedures, and legal requirements during the lending process
- Utilize financial software to input data accurately and efficiently manage loan portfolios
- Perform basic math calculations and 10-key typing tasks for data entry and verification purposes
Requirements
- Proven experience in loan origination, loan officer roles, or related financial services positions
- Strong understanding of loan processing procedures, contracts, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with financial software systems and tools used in banking operations
- Excellent math skills, including basic calculations and 10-key typing accuracy
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and prepare comprehensive reports
- Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation and data entry
- Prior experience working with loan documentation, contracts, or similar legal agreements is preferred
Pay: $50, $90,000.00 per year
