Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Position Summary
Join Anchor Construction as a Dispatch Assistant! We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to support our Dispatch team by coordinating vehicles, equipment, and daily field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with vehicle key distribution and tracking.
- Support driver dispatching and daily vehicle assignments.
- Maintain fleet, equipment, and inventory records.
- Update telematics, GPS, and fleet management systems.
- Track equipment and shoring materials.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to field operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
