Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Houston, TX, with some remote work flexibility, for a QMHP/Outreach Coordinator. In this role, you will develop and implement outreach initiatives to engage clients and provide mental health resources. Responsibilities include conducting client assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, coordinating services, maintaining detailed documentation, and liaising with community partners. The QMHP/Outreach Coordinator will also provide support services, advocacy, and facilitate access to necessary resources to support client progress.
Qualifications
- Experience in client counseling, mental health assessments, and developing treatment plans.
- Strong skills in community outreach, advocacy, and building partnerships with local organizations.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and active listening abilities to build trust with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in documentation and case management, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of mental health services, resources, and best practices in client care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field; QMHP certification preferred.
- Prior experience in client service delivery or community-based programs is a plus.
