What You’ll Do
- Perform detailed residential cleaning services using our training methods, products, and equipment
- Complete tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, scrubbing, and sanitizing
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding any cleaning requests or concerns
- Safely use and maintain cleaning products and equipment
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly
- Work independently and as part of a team to maintain consistent, high-quality results

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle required
- Must own a smartphone with cellular data
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Residential cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training
Physical Requirements
This is an active, physically demanding position. Candidates must be able to:
- Be on their feet for up to 8 hours per day
- Repeatedly bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and lift
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks consistently throughout the shift
