Location: Hazlet, NJ
Shift: Weekends (Every or Every Other)
Pay: Up to $40/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments in compliance with state and facility regulations

Collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to deliver top-quality care

Order and manage medications, supplies, and equipment as needed

Follow personalized care plans for each resident

Perform wound care, treatments, and necessary procedures

Accurately document all clinical observations and interventions

Uphold resident rights and maintain confidentiality under HIPAA
Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in New Jersey

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred

Strong commitment to resident care, safety, and dignity
