WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
POSITION: Parttime ABA Therapist
LOCATION: Newark, NJ
WORK SCHEDULE: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 4-6 or 4:30-6:30 (6 hours/ week)

HOW YOU'LL KEEP US ANCHORED
- Provide direct ABA services in individual and group settings.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Teach skill-acquisition programs using ABA and Verbal Behavior principles.
- Collect and document client data using Rethink Behavior Health.
- Support clients during treatment and respond appropriately to crisis situations.
- Maintain accurate records and protect client confidentiality.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, BCaBAs, families, school personnel, and other professionals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
