The ABA Clinic Supervisor provides on-site leadership and operational management of the Anchor Behavioral Solutions’ (ABS) ABA Clinic. This role ensures smooth daily operations, high-quality service delivery, and effective coordination among ABA Therapists, Behavior Specialists, and BCBA staff. The Supervisor manages staffing, scheduling, compliance, and day-to-day problem-solving to support client outcomes and clinic efficiency.
When necessary, the ABA Clinic Supervisor may provide direct ABA therapy coverage to maintain client schedules, ensure service continuity, and model clinical best practices for staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Directly supervises ABA Therapists and Behavior Specialists assigned to the clinic.
- Responsible for daily staffing assignments, attendance, and coverage oversight.
- Provides regular coaching, performance feedback, and participates in formal performance evaluations.
- Participates in interviewing, onboarding, and corrective action processes in collaboration with HR, Recruiting and the Clinical Director.
- Ensures clinic compliance with ABS policies, ABA protocols, and training requirements.
- Exercises discretion in resolving day-to-day operational and personnel issues at the clinic.
- Adjusts staffing and schedules independently to meet client coverage requirements.
- Approves session cancellations, substitutions, and schedule modifications.
- Implements workflow improvements to enhance clinic efficiency and service quality.
- Oversees clinic readiness, safety, and quality standards.
- Maintains oversight of clinic inventory, purchasing requests, and budget allocations.
- Leads monthly clinic meetings and contributes to strategic planning and team development.
- Collaborates with BCBAs and the Clinical Director to monitor client reassessment timelines, data accuracy, and clinic performance metrics.
- Coordinates clinic documentation, schedule changes, and data integrity within Rethink Behavioral Health.
- Opens the clinic daily; ensures readiness of rooms, client clipboards, and materials.
- Makes schedule changes based on staffing updates and posts the daily schedule throughout the clinic.
- Prepares and posts lunch coverage assignments and ensures supervision continuity.
- Oversees clinic laundry, cleaning, and organization assignments.
- Plans and communicates monthly activity calendars for children and staff.
- Coordinates with the Authorization Utilization and AWE Center teams on clinic operations.
- Supports social skills programming and assists with onboarding new ABA Therapists.
- Modifies and distributes the monthly ABA Clinic Task List.
- Provides direct ABA therapy coverage as needed to ensure client sessions are maintained and to model best practices for clinical staff.
- Supervises at least two full-time equivalent employees (ABA Therapists and/or Behavior Specialists).
- Responsible for staff scheduling, timecard approvals, attendance tracking and performance documentation.
- Maintains up-to-date staff rosters and clinic coverage records.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, or human services.
- Proven ability to supervise staff and manage daily operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Rethink Behavioral Health or comparable clinical software.
Working Conditions
- On-site clinic leadership role; occasional travel for training or meetings.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM - 3PM (35 hours/week)
