What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who:

  • Demonstrates leadership skills and is eager to work collaboratively with our experienced team.
  • Brings proven managerial experience and strong organizational abilities.
  • Excels in client communication and customer service, building trust and lasting relationships.
  • Is interested in developing or bringing a specialty to the practice (e.g., dermatology, dentistry, acupuncture).
  • Has experience or interest in soft tissue surgery (orthopedic surgery experience is a plus).
  • Possesses a caring, professional, and approachable demeanor, with dedication to patient care and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • DVM/VMD: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed in Michigan.
  • USDA Accreditation: Accreditation or eligibility preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.

Your Role as a Veterinarian

As part of our team, you will:

  • Provide compassionate, high-quality medical care to pets, including diagnostics, treatment, and preventive care.
  • Perform surgical procedures with confidence and skill.
  • Collaborate with technicians, assistants, and front office staff to deliver seamless patient and client care.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, helping educate them on their pet’s health and wellness.
  • Bring your unique interests or specialties to enhance the services offered at our practice.
