We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintain consistency in food quality, and take pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner during service
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory management
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team
- Handle equipment and kitchen tools safely and responsibly
- Help with opening and closing kitchen duties
Experience
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Team player with a positive attitude
