Certified Caregiver – Assisted Living
Location: Mesa, AZ (On-site) Job Type: [Full-time / Part-time / PRN]

About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate, dependable Certified Caregiver to join our assisted living team in Mesa, AZ. The ideal candidate will assist our residents with daily living activities while providing high-quality, dignified care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Administer and document medications according to resident service plans and state guidelines.
- Monitor, record, and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional health.
- Assist with meal service and light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergency needs.
Candidates must have all of the following current documentation available to be considered:
- AZ Caregiver Certification: Arizona NCIA Board Approved Caregiver Certification (or valid AZ CNA/LNA license with Caregiver Bridge Certification).
- Fingerprint Clearance: Valid Level 1 AZ DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- CPR & First Aid: Active CPR and First Aid certifications.
- TB Test: Current negative TB test result.
- Food Safety: Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card.
- Identification: Valid Government-issued Photo ID and Work Authorization.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans accurately.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and assist with resident transfers.
