Anchor ABA, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team at Anchor ABA. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Our Applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy is a scientific and evidence-based approach that helps kids with autism learn and develop skills to improve and manage their behaviors. While anyone of any age can benefit from ABA therapy, it’s an excellent early intervention approach for kids with autism. ABA therapy lets kids acquire skills they will use for the rest of their lives. Through ABA therapy, children with autism can learn to communicate and interact with others as they develop skills that help them become more independent.

Responsibilities:

· Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

· Conduct direct therapy sessions with clients using applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques

· Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions

· Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment plans

· Provide feedback and support to clients and their families on behavior management strategies

Qualifications:

· Must be at least 18 years old

· Obtain a high school diploma and a valid driving license

· Ability to pass necessary background checks as required by schools and childcare centers

· Must complete and pass 40 hours of required training

· Obtain a RBT certification with the first 60 to 90 days.

· Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities, preferred

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment

· Willingness to learn and implement new strategies in behavior analysis
