Entry Level Account Manager (Bilingual Spanish Required)

As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will work directly with customers and clients to build strong relationships, deliver exceptional service, and help drive business growth. You will play a key role in managing customer accounts, identifying opportunities, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage and oversee customer accounts.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and account-related needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Assist with account onboarding, updates, and ongoing account support.
Key Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required..
