Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, counseling patients on proper medication use, and ensuring compliance with all legal regulations. The Pharmacist will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Dispense medications accurately and efficiently

2. Counsel patients on proper medication use and potential side effects

3. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes

4. Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles

5. Monitor drug interactions and allergies

6. Provide immunizations and other clinical services

7. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

8. Participate in drug utilization reviews and quality assurance programs

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited pharmacy school

2. Licensed pharmacist in the state of practice

3. Strong knowledge of pharmacology and pharmacotherapy

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment

6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

7. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

8. Knowledge of current pharmacy practices and trends
