YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT
Your workday is dynamic, operating from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
As our Service Department Assistant, you'll manage key operational tasks to support our service team. You'll coordinate service contracts for residential and commercial clients, maintain the customer database, and communicate with the service administrator for optimal performance. You'll track outstanding purchase orders (POs) for our technicians, keep customers informed, and handle incoming calls professionally. Additionally, you'll manage warranty claims paperwork, ensuring quick reimbursements from vendors, and work towards becoming a certified user of ServiceTitan while supporting the service administrator as needed.
