Inside Sales Support

ANC Group is seeking an organized, detail oriented Inside Sales Support person to assist our Account Managers with quoting, vendor coordination, and sales operations. This position works closely with our Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure quotes are accurate, opportunities are maintained, and customer requests are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage customer quotes using QuoteWerks.
• Build and review Bills of Materials (BOMs) based on customer requirements.
• Request and compare pricing from distributors and manufacturers.
• Submit and manage manufacturer deal registrations.
• Work with Account Managers and technical staff to verify product selections and pricing.
• Create, update, and maintain sales opportunities in Autotask.
• Track outstanding quotes, pricing expirations, and deal registrations.
• Follow up with vendors, customers, and internal teams on outstanding requests.
• Coordinate with Finance and Procurement to transition approved quotes into orders.
• Maintain accurate customer records, opportunity notes, and sales documentation.
• Assist with sales reporting, pipeline management, and other sales-related tasks.
• Review quotes, orders, pricing, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness before processing.

This position requires more than completing individual assigned tasks. Many of our processes involve waiting on information from vendors, customers, or other departments, so consistent follow-up, organization, and ownership are important parts of the role.

The successful candidate will:

• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow them through to completion.
• Independently manage recurring daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities.
• Keep track of outstanding items and follow up consistently until an answer or resolution is received.
• Be proactive rather than waiting for someone else to identify the next step.

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in inside sales, sales support, quoting, or a related position preferred.
• Experience with IT products, services, or technology sales preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM systems and quoting software preferred (Autotask and QuoteWerks a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, follow established processes, and take initiative.
• Willingness to learn new products, systems, and procedures.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
