Job Overview
We are looking for an outgoing and reliable Live Sales Host to sell fishing tackle through live online auctions.
You will be on camera presenting fishing lures, running auctions, talking with customers, answering live comments, and keeping the show engaging and moving.
Fishing experience/knowledge is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Host 1 live shows per day
- Approximately 3-8 hours per show
- Present and describe fishing lures, tackle and outdoor products on camera
- Run live auctions
- Engage with viewers and respond to comments/questions
- Answer fishing and product questions
- Keep viewers entertained and involved
- Keep auctions moving at a steady pace
- Select products from organized inventory
- Place sold items into the correct numbered order slot
- Operate basic livestream equipment and computer controls
- Keep the livestream area organized
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable being on camera
- Outgoing and conversational
- Reliable and punctual
- Good customer service skills
- Comfortable using a computer
- Able to multitask while talking to viewers
- Fishing knowledge strongly preferred
- Sales, retail, livestreaming, or social-media experience is a plus
Training on the livestream system and auction process will be provided.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
