$19.29- $29.07 per hour (Includes $1.00 per hour Cost of Living Adjustment)

• Electronic Banking Specialist I - $19.29 - $24.50 per hour
• Electronic Banking Specialist II - $19.29 - $26.43 per hour
• Electronic Banking Specialist III - $21.13 - $29.07 per hour
• This position may be eligible to receive an additional $1.00 per hour is approved for the Spanish Communication Assistant Program
• The hiring pay range for this position is commensurate with the level of relevant experience and education.

**Summary **

• Primarily responsible for obtaining files to Fed to be processed for all banks, process cash Management, assist customers internal and external, and back up all areas of the department.
  
  

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities **

• Obtain all ACH transfers, either from internet banking product or ACH File Transfer Processing System
• Submit to Federal Reserve Bank and obtain 'file accepted' FRB acknowledgement for all ACH files processed
• Process Closed accounts within our iPay system.
• Assist internal customers with research, ACH, Mobile or iPay transactions
• Assist in Phone calls received from internal staff
• Attention to Detail and time sensitivity is a must.
• Verify that all ACH Transfers from Internet Banking Product have been received and sent to FRB balancing at end of day
• Bill Pay Enrollment
• Assist with Mobile Deposit Review
• Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position.
• Delivers quality of service as defined by department standards.
• Maintains confidentiality as defined by department standards.
• Supports the company's Mission, Vision, and Values.

**Electronic ACH Transfer Specialist I: **

• 0 - 1 year of banking or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous demonstration to maintaining high attention to detail and time management skills.

• 1 - 2 years of banking or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous demonstration to maintaining high attention to detail and time management skills.
