Hiring Pay Ranges: $19.00 - $28.50 per hour
Application Analyst II - $19.00 - $23.50 per hour
Application Analyst III - $23.00 - $28.50 per hour
The hiring pay range for this position is commensurate with the level of relevant experience and education.
This position may be eligible to receive an additional $1.00 per hour is approved for the Spanish Communication Assistant Program

Summary
This position will be responsible for providing expertise, troubleshooting assistance and help desk support for
core banking applications. Monitoring core application health, notifying management of issues, and
recommending solutions
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Excellent customer service and people skills.
Assist internal personnel with questions and issues regarding core applications.
Handle incoming calls in a tiered call center manner.
Maintains a current knowledge of core applications.
Work with core application vendors to resolve problems and questions.
Documents and tracks all calls.
Create ad hoc reports and datasets based on data requests.
Maintain/update current reports based on evolving needs.
Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as
knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related
to the position.
Delivers quality of service as defined by department standards.
Maintains confidentiality as defined by department standards.
Supports the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience
Application Analyst II
High school diploma or general education diploma (GED); or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
5 years of banking experience and 3-5 years of help desk experience preferred.

8 years of banking experience and 5 years of help desk experience preferred.
