In this role, you will leverage your expertise to establish and maintain trusting relationships with the business, your peers and team.
Strong problem-solving and influencing skills in the key disciplines of Human Resources that deliver a high level of value for the business.
You will be a key member of the team, collaborating and shaping the future of the business and driving results.
Key Responsibilities- Actively engage in collaborative discussions with managers supporting the development and growth of their teams and team members by aligning people strategies with business strategies effectively balancing responsibilities.
- Guide, influence and support managers with people matters to include hiring, onboarding, promotion, development, progressive performance management, LOA, training and offboarding. The entire employee life cycle.
- Provide local onsite support to cultivate, grow and develop the employee base. Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, culture, diversity, talent assessment and development.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to partner and build relationships with all levels.
- High degree of resilience and tenacity to drive change while acting as a strategist, coach, facilitator and partner while balancing complex projects.
- Participate in the development of processes, policies and procedures to achieve specific goals.
- Be the ambassador of Fagron Family Rules, Values and Culture.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; HR certification preferred.
- 5 years of Human Resource experience with increasing responsibility and scope; minimum of 3 years of HRBP experience.
- Strong drive for results and ability to facilitate efforts to ensure HR alignment with the business.
- Proven skills in coaching and performance management, workforce planning, influencing, driving change and maintaining positive relationships during times of stress.
- Experience supporting a multi-state, multi-site rapidly growing organization.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including knowledge of EEO, ADA and FMLA.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience or relevant highly regulated industry Core Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to defend assumptions and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with many different functions.
- Experience influencing internal teams to deliver on established objectives.
