We are seeking a highly motivated Compounding Pharmacy Technician ($19.75/hr.) to join our team in Tampa, FL in a Batch Reconciler role. Shift is M-F either 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, or 9:00 AM-5:30PM. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Collect compounded batches from various areas and bring to the designated area Evaluate batch record for accuracy and completeness Collect appropriate number of units from each batch and prepare units to send for testing, including filling out necessary forms to send units as needed Match batch record with appropriate testing results for the designated pharmacist to evaluate Perform filter integrity testing and document results as needed Confirm physical inventory versus inventory documented on batch record Perform or assign particle checking of compounded batches as needed Perform or assign label printing of compounded batches as needed Perform or assign labeling of compounded batches as needed Completes orientation, training, and competency evaluation. Completes ongoing training as required. Follows all Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instruction required by AnazaoHealth Ensures security of Protected Health Information as per HIPAA requirements Assists in properly storing incoming supplies and drug. Counts stock to maintain accurate inventory records Assists pharmacist to prepare and dispense prescriptions when assigned Logs tasks in Simplifi when appropriate Checks BUDs and expiration dates as directed Note: The above statements describe the general nature and level of the work being performed and are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities of an employee in this job.

Candidates will have: • Strong communication skills • Be organized and detail oriented • Possess the ability to read and interpret documents • Be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure including whole numbers, common fractions and decimals • Be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment Qualified candidate requirements: • Must have an active/current Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) • Able to work 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, M–F and overtime as needed • Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) • Must be computer literate • Ability to regularly stand and walk for extended periods of time • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
