JOB DESCRIPTION
Anawim Housing has a Program Manager position available to work with their scattered site Permanent Supportive Housing programs using Harm Reduction and Housing First principles. All program participants are referred through Centralized Intake and are experiencing homelessness and have a disability. Duties include location/lease up of units, lease enforcement, in home visits including case management and mediation with landlords where participant lease violations occur. Anawim works collaboratively with community case management agencies to coordinate client-centered services. The Program Manager works with participants to maximize the individual/families ability to become stably housed and increase self-sufficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 4 year degree in Human Services field
- Valid driver's license
- Working knowledge of property management and/or vulnerable populations preferred.
