- Oversee and directly diagnose and be able to personally repair and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems using tools, experience, and technical knowledge.
- Provide technical guidance to the facilities team and management for review designs and proposal to ensure engineering solutions align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:
- Five years of direct hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of HVAC, painting, carpentry, plumbing and electricity (having personally performed such work).
- Applicable training, or certification, in HVAC and/or other related trade licenses/ certification in order to provide hands on experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment up to 50 lbs. to complete assigned job tasks.
- Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time; be able to reach overhead; have full range of mobility in upper and lower body.
- Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time, climbing stairs, navigating the property/building quickly and easily as required to meet the job functions.
- Climb ladders and work at heights above ground level (maximum 14 ft on A-frames and 21 ft on extension ladders)
- Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (e.g., heat, cold, wind, rain, humidity)
- Repeat various motions with the wrists, hands, and fingers.
- Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment up to 50 lbs. occasionally to complete assigned job tasks.
- $75,000 - $85,000 per annum
- Bonus potential up to 10% of base salary
