About the Role

Anatomage, a leader in healthcare technology and education, is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness and engagement through strategic event planning and execution. The role of the Marketing and Events Coordinator is to ensure that planning and managing of events is correctly executed.

The salary range for this role is $68,000-$75,000.*

This is a full time hybrid position at our headquarters location in Santa Clara.

What You’ll Do

• Create and manage project plans for various marketing and event activities
• Organizes marketing activities to promote events
• Manages event schedule and coordinates resources and travel required for event
• Receives and responds to questions and concerns from event attendees
• Creates new events and manages activities for events
• Develops and implements policies, procedures, and staff training
• Coordinates and plans logistics for events
• Manages event schedule and coordinates travel
• Organizes and orders necessary marketing materials for events
• Tracks and reports on event spending and budgeting
• Cross-department collaboration between accounting, application, marketing, and production
• Assist sales, marketing, production, accounting, and application teams with projects as directed

Skills and Abilities Required

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards
• Ability to travel by car and plane for events as needed.
• Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Sitting, standing, bending, and reaching.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone.

Minimum Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience working, planning or managing events
• Good organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good work ethic and time management
• Skill with word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking
