Duties
- Assess and document the extent of damage to properties due to water, fire, mold, or asbestos.
- Execute restoration tasks including mold remediation, fire damage repair, and water extraction.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various restoration projects.
- Perform carpet cleaning and other related cleaning tasks as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards during all restoration activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding the restoration process and progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently.
Requirements
- BE ON TIME
- Knowledge of mold remediation, fire restoration, water damage restoration is a plus.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- MUST HAVE A VALID CLEAN driver's license, you WILL be required for travel between job sites.
