Key Responsibilities
- Design, update, and optimize brand.com (Shopify) homepage, product pages, and collection pages for brand consistency and performance.
- Concept, design, and execute digital campaigns across site, email, SMS, and paid media.
- Manage Amazon storefronts, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling and conversion-focused merchandising.
- Develop email and SMS creative (Listrak, Klaviyo, Attentive), from concept to deployment.
- Create assets for ads, digital banners, and social marketing, including UGC integration and motion/short-form video edits.
- Edit and repurpose video and UGC content for social, email, and site placements.
- Execute Shopify theme updates and collaborate with developers on performance testing.
- Use AI-based tools to streamline creative processes, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance output quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and E-Commerce to translate campaign strategy into high-impact digital executions.
- 5–10 years of digital, UI, or graphic design experience supporting large-scale brands or agencies.
- Advanced knowledge of Shopify, Figma, Asana, Adobe Creative Suite, Listrak, Klaviyo, and Attentive.
- Strong visual portfolio showcasing e-commerce, brand design, and conversion-oriented UI work.
- Basic HTML/CSS skills and ability to publish or QA updates independently.
- Experience managing Amazon storefronts or branded landing pages.
- Proven ability to edit short-form video and UGC content for social and digital marketing.
- Passion for beauty, artistry, and culture—you live and breathe the industry.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, luxury brand environment.
- Must be based in the U.S. and able to align to West Coast working hours, with availability to travel to Los Angeles several times a year.
- You’re an artist with a technical edge—as comfortable in Figma as in Shopify code.
