This role is in-office for the first 90 days to provide hands-on training and support. Youll learn our proven sales process from experienced producers, and join senior producers in client meetings as you build your book of business.
We provide a customized training plan based on your experience, with the opportunity to earn CRIS, TRIP, or CIC designations.

Requirements
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
- 2 years of sales or insurance industry experience preferred (but we will train the right candidate)
- Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license - we will cover all licensing costs
Skills & Traits:
