Job Description
- Lead, develop, and inspire the Recreation and Kids Club team to deliver exciting, safe, and enriching activities for adults and children.
- Curate engaging daily programs including water sports, indoor/outdoor games, arts & crafts, wellness activities, and cultural sessions.
- Oversee all facilities under recreation and kids club ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Deliver a high level of guest satisfaction through personalized service, feedback management, and hands-on engagement.
- Plan and execute special events, holiday activities, and seasonal programming.
- Ensure compliance with resort policies and safety protocols, especially for child supervision and care.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest journey.
- Previous experience in a similar role at a luxury resort, cruise ship, or hotel (3–5 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Creative, energetic, and child-friendly personality.
- Excellent communication skills and guest engagement abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
- Flexible to work in a remote island setting with rotational shifts.
