We’re expanding and looking for a Salesman who can introduce our services to new customers, build strong client relationships, and grow our market presence.
Position Overview
As a Salesman at Ananta USA, your role is to connect with manufacturing and industrial businesses, understand their equipment challenges, and show them how our solutions can reduce downtime and save money. You don’t need to be an engineer — but you should be comfortable learning about machines, speaking the language of maintenance teams, and translating our technical services into clear business value for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales opportunities with manufacturers, plants, and industrial facilities
- Build strong, long-term relationships with maintenance managers, engineers, and decision-makers
- Learn and present Ananta USA’s services (machine problem detection, analysis, and correction) in a clear and confident way
- Travel to customer sites, attend meetings, and follow up with prospects and leads
- Negotiate pricing and contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Work closely with our engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven success in sales (preferably in industrial, technical, or B2B markets)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in machines, industrial equipment, or maintenance services
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical solutions to non-technical and technical clients alike
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with strong follow-through
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and industry events
- Bachelor’s degree or technical sales experience preferred, but not required
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred, but not required

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
