eCommerce Technical Manager

Ananda is seeking an eCommerce Technical Manager to oversee the functionality and drive revenues for AnandaProfessional.com. In addition to managing AnandaProfessional.com, the eCommerce Technical Manager will support in a smaller capacity Ecofibre’s other websites, ensuring they stay relevant and are operating to the needs of the business.

AnandaProfessional.com is a site utilizing Shopify and additional tech stacks to engage and deliver to consumers the Ananda product line. This role’s main purpose is to support and develop the website to achieve financial and performance KPIs. To do so, the role has authority over digital marketing content, calendars, and implementation.

Working under the Director of Marketing, alongside Graphic Design, and with support from IT, this role will bring Ananda’s campaigns to life within the digital arena, from social and influencers, to the website and associated tech stacks.

Experience with APIs and specifically, troubleshooting of API integrations is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics
• Experience with SEO tools, conversion optimization, and social media marketing
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Google Ads, HTML, and CSS
• Knowledge of performance marketing, e-commerce, and content creation
• Understanding of JavaScript, SQL, and content management systems
• Strong skills in graphic design, keyword research, and copywriting
• Ability to manage social media platforms and execute B2B marketing strategies
