Anamosa Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Anamosa, IA.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and answering the phone
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking patients in and out
- Answering the front desk for questions or to report issues with guests or staff
- Checking patient out and collecting payments
- Scheduling new patients for their appointment, if needed.
- Collecting patient's payments at the front desk when they are paid in cash, credit card, or check.
