Anamosa Care Center is looking for a Care Coordinator/ADON to manages a resident's healthcare journey by developing and implementing care plans, acting as a liaison between residents and providers, and monitoring progress to ensure quality outcomes. The job duties include but not limited to assisting with staff interview, filling in with nursing needs, identify safety hazards, assisting with educating staff, and follow OSHA, state and federal policies and procedures.
Must be an LPN or RN and have CPR certification.
Be willing to assisted with events.
Accept and perform additional duties assigned to you by the Director of Nursing or the Administrator.
