CNA - Full Time - 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts

Responsibilities

Long term Dementia care facility, Anam Care and Anam Glen, are seeking CNAs to add to their organization. These individuals will be working with Alzheimer and dementia patients to assist with their needs. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Encouraging residents to participate in leisure time activities.
• Supporting continued memory program.
• Ability to respond and act appropriately in emergency or disaster situations.
• Assisting with light housekeeping.
  
  

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, compassionate and have the desire and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and multi-task is required. 1 year's of Alzheimer's disease and dementia training and/or experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred; it will be required once employed. Every other weekend and occasional holidays will be required. Full time positions for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift are available.
