In this role, you’ll work with both new prospects and existing clients, helping them grow their business through custom solutions tailored to their needs. You’ll serve as a strategic partner, bringing together the right mix of insight, technology, and service to solve real problems. You’ll also be empowered to own your book of business, manage the full sales cycle, and drive growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and manage relationships with clients, becoming their trusted point of contact.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, product walkthroughs, and proposal reviews.
- Own the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting and qualifying to closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align account strategies.
- Use sales enablement and CRM tools to manage your pipeline and report on progress.
- Deliver insights and recommendations that support client success and long-term retention.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or client-facing roles.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—you’re proactive, independent, and goal-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an executive presence.
- Familiarity with sales technology stacks, AI tools, and CRM systems.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your schedule effectively.
- Experience in AV/IT integration is a plus.
- Candidates from healthcare, financial services, or hospitality industries are also welcome.
Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)
- Experience with automation and control systems (AV-related).
- Basic knowledge of secure hardwired/wireless networks.
- Familiarity with video conferencing, IP surveillance, and acoustic treatments.
- Knowledge of digital phone systems and proposal tools like D-Tools.
