Overview: We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Leader to own a regional territory and drive growth for KECO’s patented, award-winning industrial analyzer solutions. A market leader since 1984, KECO designs, markets, and manufactures analytical instrumentation for oil & gas, power generation, chemical processing, and related industries.
Desired Qualifications: The Sales Leader candidate should have 2 years of sales experience in analytical instrumentation or highly technical industrial equipment. Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field; demonstrated sales success in oil & gas, power generation, or chemical markets; and experience managing large territories with complex, long sales cycles. An MBA and experience with process analyzers—electrochemical, colorimetric tape, tunable diode lasers, gas chromatography, or mass spectroscopy—are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and exceed targets across oil & gas, power, chemical, and water/wastewater markets
- Hunt and recruit new business to build pipeline, and optimize close ratios through to successful close
- Manage and grow key accounts with EPCs and OEMs
- Build relationships with engineers, planners, maintenance, analyzer technicians, and procurement
- Develop channel partners to extend market reach and scalability
- Maintain territory plans, forecasts, and CRM pipeline
- Provide technical consultation and solution selling for gas and liquid analyzers
- Represent KECO at industry events, trade shows, and customer sites
- Travel 50% within the assigned territory
